It all started when Richard Ojeda opened his marine business in New York in 1972. In 1991 Richard moved his business from New York to Florida. The first Florida location was located at American Marine in New Port Richey. This is where Rich first met Steve Miglino and In 2002 Rich took Steve Miglino on as a business partner and moved their business to its present location at the corner of US Hwy 19 and Saltwater Boulevard in Hudson. Together they brought over 45 years of marine experience to their business. In 2019 Rich retired with plans to enjoy his days traveling and spending time with family.  Steve will continue the Richey Boat & Motor journey as the sole owner with his wife and kids and they will continue to provide many more years of service.
